There was no general order, it just says they can’t use pandemic as an excuse in court, but if hardly anyone sues, then there is nothing big from this, since it’s better for them to lose a few court cases and continue to delay the rest. Though it kinda opens a path for you to sue after receiving PR, for the delay caused serious economic/psychological damage.If that's the only consequence of the court ruling, then it means that there will be effectively ZERO change in processing times.
