My theory was those September 2020 up to the current, they won’t ask for a current job offer. Mine was a different situation, they asked me for an updated job offer coz they told me that it was INCOMPLETE which I really doubt. So I guess your job offer is still good. Did anyone get a request of updated job offer starting from September 2020 applicants?

Hmm. I don’t know their basis now. But my request is different, I got a PROCEDURAL FAIRNESS letter instead of an email request of updated job offer.
And to think that when they gave me a permanent AOR last July, they didn’t even bother to check the completeness of my job offer form.
Most of the updates are coming from September 2020 applicants. I’m excited coz I’m October 2020 applicant, and they already asked me for updated job offer last December. I’m praying that I can still avail of the public policy exemption of medical exam for inside Canada (until this March only).

They didn’t specify, but they highlighted what should be included. Believe me, I included before all the important details like job description, number of hours. It’s only a 5-page form and IRCC was like telling me that I’m stupid not to put those important details, it’s too obvious for few pages to lack some details. So my assumption is they dropped some of the pages because of passing it from one agent to another. PROCEDURAL FAIRNESS means that they are giving me a chance to correct my OWN MISTAKE, not them.
This is what they sent me:

an updated letter and offer of employment with all sections completed. which must address and
include the following:
That is what I thought so too. How's your application? Hoping for the best for all of us.
Im not sure if anyone from September 2020 applicants were asked to send an updated job offer.
No new update after permanent aor received last November.
Their reply to my inquiry thru webform is that they confirm that all infos and docs were received by the responsible office and that the apication is still in process.

I received a request for updated docs including the job offer, which I sent in Sep 2021.. am Nov 2020, outside applicant. Got PAOR in end of Aug 2021.
Maybe they are only asking outside applicants for the updated job offer, who knows.

Everybody's case is different. I guess they consider various things: whether u are inside/outside applicant, non relative/relative employer and employer income. But receiving PAOR is a good thing.I’m a Feb2020 applicant. Haven’t heard from them since they sent me PAOR last Feb2021 and public policy email August 2021.its frustrating.
