Hii everyone,
I am (sponsor) filing application for my wife as spouse dependent PR visa. We dont have any children yet. Do I(sponsor) need to fill form IMM008dep form?

No.

For others reading - check current instructions - but the detailed guide I have archived says this about IMM0008DEP: "only if you have more than five dependants on your application."

Reading the instructions makes this easier.

Also your wife is the principle applicant of your sponsorship.
"spouse dependent PR visa " isn't really the right term when you read and use the guide.
