Awsumm !! Can you please share the 4 digits after 00 !! My application was also received on May 26 2021 inland. Try linking it with different options I mean UCI or Birthdate or give it 24 hours and than try linking it !

it is possible to link without remove representative because some time it ask to remove represnetative to link to yours
