If you live in a country outside Canada then you have to show funds. If you were to live in Canada and working then you wouldn't have to show funding.

My answer was “ I do myself”

Awsumm !! Can you please share the 4 digits after 00 !! My application was also received on May 26 2021 inland. Try linking it with different options I mean UCI or Birthdate or give it 24 hours and than try linking it !
