As far as I remember, they mentioned somewhere that they paid $1,000. This will vary depending upon the lawyer. One might be able to get it at a cheaper price depending upon how well they know the lawyer or how often they use their services.

That's bull... T. We have already paid high fees for processing. All that process should be free!
Few years ago when I got my passport from an European Union country, I paid €20 for processing fees that I entirely got back when I filed my tax return.

There's a wide range. I've seen $1800 to $7000. Difficult to say what is the real value for filing a mandamus.

Hello All,
Did my Oath today virtually with Mississauga Office. There were 73 people from 25 countries. Office staff mention they are working continuously to reduce the inventory and there was one person who recently joined as a clerk and this was her First ceremony ,, This shows they are increasing staff people to help reduce the inventory. I hope that people who are waiting for so long will their invitation soon.

Got my ATIP notes today. It took about a little over a month to get them. I had given up hope of receiving them and was thinking another $5 down the drain.

No new information - updated on Jan 6, 2022. Everything completed included a new Criminality on the same day. The only interesting info was that my physical file is located on a Ceremony Ready Shelf! I hope it hasn't got cobwebs by now on that shelf.

Now that it's Friday, another two days will go in the weekend and then I suspect the Ukraine crisis will take precedence as announced.

My application was just updated today and now looks like the below. Does anyone know what this means?

I haven't received any emails telling me that anything has been updated or that I've been invited to my Oath ceremony. The invitation on 14Feb for a ceremony on the same day doesn't seem to make much sense either, and that was definitely just added today too.

Does this mean my Oath invitation might be coming soon though?

Thanks. I still haven't reached your stage. I'm at 'Citizenship ceremony : Not started'. As they say in India, "the train is stuck at the outer signal".

According to the ATIP report, my paper file is on the 'Ceremony Ready Shelf' ; gathering cobwebs, I assume

It seems Agent XYZ1234 is taking sadistic pleasure in leaving it there.

My wife was on decision made and there was a ghost update today. In all probability her application will be put back in progress considering I still have not got a decision made and no ghost update either

She should be back to DM tomorrow. Based on what I've seen from ATIP notes, the ghost update is when your expired criminality check is updated. It doesn't reflect as a new date on the tracker.

March 23rd applicant I told the CIC officer that I hv travel plan for March 20th so need my certificate urgently he said u can request urgent process
I don't know how to request urgent process

I am not sure if other people have gone through the post properly but it looks like you have missed your oath on Feb 14, 2022, and now your case is in oath ceremony is in progress and you will be invited again. But you need to give a solid reason why you missed your ceremony. You need to act fast and proactively.
