I know the wait is unbearable but I strongly believe that your breakthrough is closer than you think! There was a man that was digging towards his riches for days and one day he decided to give up little did he know that he was only three feet away from being one of the richest person on earth. I applied work permit. But the difference is I had a work permit since I was a refugee claimant. And even been out of status they always renewed mines. Even last year when I applied without they renewed. And I just applied again to get it renew. As ever year I have to renew it

i applied for H&C and the second stage is already accepted, I am in Montreal and the only thing we are waiting for is for the CSQ (certificate du selection du Quebec) and I’ve been waiting almost 3 months and I know it takes more time, around 6 months to get it. The thing is I’m impatient and so tired of this process and waiting. My daughter was born in Ottawa (Ontario), I have a network there as well and I speak better English than French. If I move to Ontario, do you think can affect my process for the H&C? I don’t know what’s more to do!

When you update IRCC that you want to settle to other province like ON and provide then proof of address with the province of Ontario, they will update your file and give you PR as you will no longer need CSQ as you will not gonna live in QC. Some people did that in here.
Yes she can apply for work permit without Aip
All you need to do attach your aor and explanation later that she need support herself or family she doesn’t want to be on Walfare it’s 50//50 chances
But will take longer then normal process time

all You need to do update your address website or by phone send the lease agreement utility bill or something that you showes permanently moved to Ottawa then will send your E copr

@Patt garcia i really advice you to change the province ! go to ontario, or manitoba, or even acadian provinces, Qc unfortunately is the worst one
