Initially we have submitted passport and PR cards as ID proof. looks like PR cards are not accepted as ID proof.

for ontario, health cards have a Photo for adults. so it is accepted as ID proof it seems. so when resubmitting attached Passport+Driving License + Ontario medical card for my application & attached Passport+Ontario Medical card for my wife.

@fastfood IRCC won't return the online application to applicants unless you requested to return/withdraw the application. Instead, IRCC will ask the applicant to provide missing/incorrect documents/proofs in order to process the application.
