For Number 2, they are probably not asking about your previous employment since you have already mentioned that you are unemployed, and also it says 'updated' meaning they want to know if you are employed currently somewhere and provide evidence if so.

Since you are unemployed, the most you can do is tell them what you are doing currently. It's a TRV so the current employment factor applies to you.

Why do you think it would take 2 months? also, I think you should not send another webform, let them be notified internally about the settlement.

Applied for judicial review 7th January 2021 gcms notes received 16 January, i submitted applicants record on 4th February, settlement proposal received on 18 Feb

Any update so far? My lawyer filed 7th of this month and I plan writing him this Friday to know what's up with my application, in all sincerity I'm scared.
