Hello Everyone, Any Idea or assumption for "Minimum Necessary Income (MNI) requirement for 2022 PGP ". I have 5 family members in total (including my parents to whom I am going to sponsor).

Just want to be ready ahead of the time so.

It's hard to say because of COVID. Pre-COVID the answer would have been clearer and easier to estimate.

IMO it will be higher than in the previous year (i.e. 2020) but impossible to say for certain or by how much.

Where are you for 2021 against the 2019 amount? 2019 was just under $70K.

I can tell rough number, as 5 member family.
Combined income

2019 - 86K
2020 - 90K
2021 - 75K

The Feb 14th announcement will cover overall targets / numbers. However this doesn't necessarily mean this announcement will cover any details (e.g. when the PGP will open this year). You'll have to wait and see.

Yes we will have to wait for further details cause right now even lawyers can’t comment on how the programme with be for 2022.

What was the importance of February 14? The government announced its 3-year immigration framework with targets including the PGP program last week. Doesn't mean the program would be open for applications.

They just accepted applications on September so it has only been around 6 months and IRCC is dealing with huge backlogs and the Afghanistan file and now perhaps Ukrainian refugees.
