!!! Got my RFV email last night!!! However, just hours before the RFV email, I've gotten a response from Sean Fraser's office for the email I had sent last month. If anyone wants to see a copy of the email I've received, see below;

Dear (*********)

Thank you for your correspondence of January 8, 2022, addressed to the Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, regarding your application for permanent residence.

Your concerns are noted and I appreciate you sharing the circumstances that prompted you to write. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) realizes that, despite its efforts during the pandemic, some applicants have had to wait a long time for their applications to be processed and finalized. The Department continues to work as hard as possible to reduce processing times.

IRCC is contacting approved applicants who have not yet received their Confirmation of Permanent Residence in order to finalize their application. IRCC records indicate that updated medical examination results were recently received, and all requirements have been met. Immigration officials have sent request letter to you on February 22, 2022, and will finalize your application as soon as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to write. I hope that you will find this information to be helpful.

Sincerely,

F. Macmillan

Guys quick question. Can you fill out IMM form like 5475e electronically using Adobe software and putting an electronic signature or you have to print them, fill out manually, sign it, then scan it and upload?

Interesting change, they keep the score caps low all year when there's no FSW draws. And now that there's a tiny indication that draws will resume in Q3, they decide to uncap their score ranges? Doesn't make any sense.

Edit: This is interesting. Earlier they used to take profiles within the smaller CRS range only, regardless of age of profile. Now it looks like they selected based on age of profile as well: i.e. older profiles got preference, possibly to drain out some higher scores from the pool. This is the first time they have used a 4 month window for age of profiles rather than a 12 month window.
Can't fucking believe it.

Now that I was 99.99% sure to get an NOI from Ontario in the next Human Capital draw with a CRS score of 465, they make a change to the age of profiles.

Also, I got the CLB 7 in French but haven't updated my profile yet, potential CRS score of 519, eligible for French draw as well.

It seems that in my case, to have a chance to immigrate to Canada, I have to collect all the GOLD stars. French eligibility, Human Capital eligibility and FSW eligibility and still freaking wait.

I am starting to believe that everything in life is written and we can't do shit to change it.

If you have access to a good color printer and scanner, color print it, sign it, color scan it and send it. If not then I guess you don't have anything else you can do than eSign it.

Will do it - thank you
I would also attach an LOE explaining that you didn't have access to a printer and scanner "due to Covid limitations" and had to sign the documents electronically.

As you know, mentioning covid helps although it has absolutely nothing to do with anything. Maybe I'm just too paranoid, maybe you can freely eSign the document but being extra cautious hasn't failed me in this mindfuck journey with IRCC.

I will print it and sign it. I have a good printer and scanner at home.

Damn that's some bad luck right there. But remember our baseline is draws resume in July 2022". Any sooner is a bonus, so this shouldn't matter at all. You also have a CLB7, so if this is a legit change, you'll get your NOI in the March french draw.

Folks who did upfront medicals and successfully got them updated in their online account, when did you guys raise the webform exactly? The same day when you did the medicals or after the medical center uploaded the results?
