I am very drunk right now. I wish to delay my application so that i can spend more time with my family. I have never left my country, nor have I have ever lived away from family and i am scared i might die alone in Canada.

But I need to move eventually because I feel like i can't live my full potential in this country.

Seems like the CRS range on the OINP draw has been removed(?) at least for the latest OINP draw.

The OINP targeted candidates with a comprehensive ranking system score between 455 and 600

It's annoying that the countries I was a resident of require an ITA before they even issue PCCs.
