PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

Hi, Same situation. On my ECAS it was showing that it sent to my address on 31st Jan 2022 but still didn't get it. Should I contact through web form

It is amazing how many people are in a situation when they do not receive their mailed PR cards. There is something very wrong going on in Canada Post - losing such an important correspondence...
IRCC will not do anything until it is 6 weeks since they sent the PR card. Then call them - if the card was returned to them, they will mail it to you again (after double checking the address). If the card was not returned to them at that stage, it will be considered lost and they will ask you to submit a solemn declaration so they could issue a new card.

Sad to hear all these !!! Thanks for the advise. Can you pls advise how to submit a solemn declaration? Currently I am outside Canada.

Check both address on ECAS and the one indicated on you application. If they are different, in my case, they sent it to my ECAS address rather than the address on my application.

Hi, ECAS is showing me two address, one as "Your current home address" (which is the address where I was living during application) and "Your current mailing address" (which is my current address, where I am supposed to get the Card). I haven't get any card in my current mailing address. Should I check my old address?

Thanks for update, have observed that for inland candidates, there is GU within few days of uploading photos to the portal. For me, there is absolutely no update for over a month of landing

You won’t see anything until you get an email from them confirming they received your application. You may still try though. Use this link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en
