PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

UPDATE:
AR: SEPTEMBER 24, 2021
AOR: DECEMBER 5,2021
We got DM: FEB 1, 2022. ( names changed in ECAS)
Cards sent: FEB 15, 2022
Still haven't received them

Quick update on mine. Checked ECAS today (feb 17) and saw status changed to Decision Made but when clicking it still shows same 3 lines.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 25, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 6, 2022.
3. We started processing your application on January 6, 2022.

My card was dispatched on 29th Nov 2021 but I did not receive yet is that normal.

Latest Update:
Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on September 24, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 22, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on December 22, 2021.
4. Status Changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made" on January 25, 2022.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on February 2, 2022.
6. Got my PR Card today (February 7, 2022).

Time Taken from receiving the mailed application is 137 Days...

But my wife's application (mailed together in single envelope) was Decision Made on 23 Dec 2021. We thought her card is not dispatched as mine was still "In Process". Today I received my card and my wife's application status still shows "Decision Made" from 23rd Dec 2021 and no further updates yet. The way they process the applications is very strange.

Latest Update:
After sending an IRCC Web Form Request earlier this week, got a request for my wife to send photos again. They didn't mention what was wrong with the photos sent earlier. We both took photos in the same photo center at the same time with all the specifications followed. Mine was accepted and my wife's photo was rejected. And until I sent the Web request, there was no communication for last 2 months. So if any application is struck for long time at 'Decision Made', try submitting a web form. It might help. We are going to take photos again and mail them. Fingers Crossed...!!!

Hello Vignesh, my wife's status is very similar to what you have updated above.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 4, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 9, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on December 9, 2021.

Status changed to 'Decision Made' almost 5 weeks back and no updates since then. My kid and myself received our PR cards 4 weeks back though all applications were sent as one package.

Were new photos requested because its closer to 5 months. IRCC holds up the application and then expect us to run around again. Are you uploading Photos or mailing it to IRCC Novascotia - Sydney.

DO check if IRCC sent your card to the address mentioned on eCAS. My situation is similar to yours, I had to update my address on eCAS, was shocked to see a completely different address in London, Ontario - I requested my Immigration lawyer (Who is located in London, Ontario) to collect my first PR card and mail it to me, hence, suspecting the mailing address on eCAS was showing the London address, although the street address and postal code is totally different. I updated my current address on eCAS, which also matches my application form.
You may want to call them or submit an IRCC webform.

most people said they sent the pr card to the address indicated in your application rather than the one on ECAS?

Today on 2022-Feb-19, I use the eCAS to check my status and it says Decision Made. Here is my timeline.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on December 23, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 11, 2022.
3. We started processing your application on February 11, 2022.
