I guess so.. i hope i didn't miss other one.. last week i called ircc.. my eligibility was in progress and security not started.. so i guess eligibility might have been cleared...

I had received one email immediately after BIL on 1st Jan and one application update message on the portal on 16th Feb. Not sure if this would qualify as GU. I am 30th September AOR
