Yes police did come, in had recently got my passport renewed ( less than 15days ) this expedited the process, plus my family knew the verification officer personally. It usually takes about 2 weeks in majority of the cases.

It took me two days in Delhi, but what I have seen is, it depends upon the police authority for your region. Max it should be within 2 weeks.

Hi Guys, Received my second GU just minutes ago, timeline AOR - 30th September 2021 BIL/MEP - 3rd Jan 2022 GU1 - 16th Feb GU2 - 25th Feb Haven't called IRCC as yet, any guess guys, how many days for ppr?

I had received one email immediately after BIL on 1st Jan and one application update message on the portal on 16th Feb. Not sure if this would qualify as GU. I am 30th September AOR

In the application it shows in progress, I have not called IRCC yet, hence no idea.

Hi Guys, I am 30th Sept 2021 AOR. I had received a mail on 28th December, that my application is updated but I could not find any change. Today on the IRCC platform I was status as updated profile, but I did not find any change in the application. Anyone has witnessed a similar situation

You can try creating a new profile, it might work.
