How long can it take more ??
Will i get approve after re open?
How long can it take more ?? - The timelines seem to differ depending on the nature of the visa. Since yours is a work permit, I am not sure if they will request additional docs?
Will i get approve after re open? - I have seen people getting it here on the forum and not otherwise.

One lady from iran file was open in 30 days after settlement, and then next 30 days she got visa total time 2 months, on guy waiting since three to four months for reopen, thats only 2 cases on this forum available about settlement.

Overall 11 cases were found for judicial review final hearing stages from india, pakistan and middle east in which 2 ladies from UAE got success in final hearing and Judicial review was awarded but no news they got visa or not. Both these ladies time frame was 16 month and 9 months from start to judicial review granted.

One man from syria living in UAE got success in 14 months on final hearing in court.

8 cases were dismissed by judge on final hearing and there dreams completely ended for studying Canada.

In these 8 cases 3 cases was very very strong for final hearing in court but their lawyers mistakes they lost the cases as visa officer convinced the judges they are temporary immigrants in uae because UAE visa will be invalid after 6 months. If they contact me i surely win their cases.

On settlement only three cases here including me.
16 months is such a long time to spend on a JR, one should elsewhere. Also, the hearing stage costs more money.

In my case InshaAllah i will not sit them relax if they refuse me again. I did JR on second application and got settlement. If incase they refuse i still can open JR on 3rd refusal on 25 Jan and deadline for JR is likely 22 March
I think, not sure, if they refuse again after the file is reopened then they send a fresh refusal letter which can be used to file for a JR again, you don't need to use your 3rd application. You have mastered this art so you can do it.

Yes i applied for work permit in New delhi visa office and the name of visa office was also mentioned in Refusal letter..
After settlement obviously file will be reopen again in New Delhi visa office...
I always call to IRCC to know my application status bit its still refused..my consultant also said that there is nothing changes in my GCC Account and they have not received any email from ircc ragrding my application..its crossed 7 months but still waiting for reopening
Have you tried raising a webform? as far as I know, they don't guarantee any time frame when the application will be reopened.

Please don't spread negativity..there is most chances of visa approval after settlement...becouase if our file was strong and every thing was good thats why they offered settlement ...
i have not seen or heard any person who got Refused after settlement...this is only one person who got Refused after settlement...so please think positive..we all will get approval

Unfortunately there are many cases of denial after a JR. Not sure the exact percentages but it is not uncommon.

There are two different things. One is judge decision on judicial review for redetermination and one is settlement which basically IRCC offer to applicant. On judge decision officer may refuse visa again but on settlement offer chances are very less of refusal again because if your file is week then ircc never offer settlement and better they go till final hearing in judicial review.

Answer is very simple that after settlement visa chances are more higher then judge decision on judicial review
