PNP-ify your application. Apply to AINP, SINP and Ontario if you are tech. I don't know how nova scotia works but they must have PNP stream for outsiders as well since even Canadians don't live there.
yes there's dual intent. and no problem with that.
You will have to show very strong ties to your homeland, and convince that the course you are taking is going to take you uphill in your professional life.
More evidences / documents to prove your ties to home plus experience docs and payslips to show that you have work history.

PNP is the only option right now bud.
One thing that bothers me is why OINP still limits its higher range to 467. Like this is a convenient vicious circle.

They are running a racket is what they are doing.
They let the applicant study in another college, work, and live while being over there. They let her spend money on a degree, pay taxes and when it was time to apply for PR, they said - "Oops! Someone messed up, but it ain't us! Pack your bags and go home."

That's only for people in tech draw. The other ontario draw is for Inlanders only. You need a job offer to apply.
OINP is out of option right now due to threshold. No need to decrease my CRS since my NOC isn't in the demand-list anyway. Can't imagine to relocating to other provinces other than ON and BC. So gotta figure out something bud.

Safe to say 600+ are PNPs so ignore those. FHS has 56k quota. Even with all the influx of CRS470+ people CRS475+ still looks safe. Memorize some French and get your 4 pts (or crank it up and get 50 while you're at it) in the meantime. What am I missing?

You are missing the uncertainty of the draws taking place.
You really think draws will start. It is pretty clear that no All program draws will happen anymore atleast this year.
After June very high chance. IRCC keeps ignoring older applications and process new ones so it will not matter to them.
