If I was your shoes I will try to apply for H&c the way I see it’s your last resort in the end it’s all depends on the officer and lack of your evidence and grounds and support letters job history how he gonna assess your application
I’m not gonna say like hundred percent you gonna get approved but you have a pretty good chance

I don't think any of us here can give you a % chance of success. However it's worth a try given this is probably your only remaining option at this point if you want to avoid leaving Canada.

Note that submitting an H&C application won't prevent you from being removed from Canada should CBSA decide to do this. However hopefully they don't move to do this immediately. Having an H&C application in progress would also help you in trying to defer a removal (again, should that happen).

So my two cents is that it's worth a try. Just be prepared for processing times of a couple of years. Shorter is certainly possible too. But be prepared for longer since it could happen.

Went for first n second hearing with intervention from minister but got denied.
Appealed to RAD = got denied
Appeal to federal court= denied
Waiting to get called by CBSA
My passport is expired.
I make the 12 month window in April 2022 to get a chance to apply for h&c tho I don't have a child (for sake of best interest).
I have been working until now.
I have no family here
I am single and not dating and not ready to do so(bad experiences only)

Any advise I will much appreciate

Hi, I leaved because cbsa contacted me after my failed appeals. They didnt give me prra because I didnt have one year after last appeal when they contact me, and I think because my country is not in risk.

The process is quite slow these days.
I have a friend who applied under pathway and has been waiting over than 6 months for CSQ.
Have Faith. It will come soon by the Grace of God. All the best my friend.

Sorry about your situation. Just hang in there and be hopeful. April is around the corner. This too shall pass. Continue to work and gather all the documents you will need for your H&C.

You will be fine in the end.

They will send te approval letter and will ask you to confirm that you are in canada or not, ask address, email and when you arrive in canada. Once you reply they will send the link to access the Confirmation PR portal to confirm the informations and upload the photo for Pr Card.

May i know how many days was it before you got the invitation to login to PR confirmation Portal? I got Decision made and i got the approval letter with the instruction to confirm my email address. i have replied with the information requested, but i haven't received any invitation yet.. just curious.
