Does IRCC provide tracking numbers to track the citizenship certificate? If yes, where to contact them for that info? I am not home all the time, but would like to be the day it's delivered to take it in-person so it's not folded in my small mail box.

Unless you've received urgent processing (rare), it'll be sent regular mail. No tracking.
