I got my PPR today for visitor visa. I had re-applied from India on Jan 12, 2022. However, I had to travel to USA for an emergency and will be here for two months. I tried to contact IRCC however, was not able to connect to them. Submitted webform and no response.

Can someone guide me on where/whom to contact to get my submission country changed from India to USA. TIA

By "re-apply", do you mean you applied once (which presumably didn't progress) and then reapplied on the IRCC portal? Was your first application in the GC key?

Congratulations. January files seem to be moving fast. Did your parents have international travel history or a valid US vistor visa? Did you submit any documents showing their property or financial ties to India? Curious because my mom's application that was submitted in Nov-2021 is still stuck and I am not sure what other documents I must submit to expedite the case.

My parents had just one Dubai trip in 2017. No US Visa or any other country visa. I put CA reports for property and 6 monthly bank statements for them. I put my invitation letter which mentioned that I am going to take care of their expense during the trip.

yes, First I applied on January 2021 using GC Key and reapplied using new ircc portal on January 12th 2022.

And got the PPR yesterday(6th feb 2022), but currently I'm in USA and wont be able to submit the passport at INDIAN vfs for stamping.

That was a long wait. Finally some closure on this. Congratulations!!

I applied on October 31 2021, the first application was in Dec 2020 for my MIL and my due date is in 4 weeks. Did MP inquiry on Jan 13 and the response was they have withdrawn your old application and are reviewing eligibility on the new one. Biometrics were completed on Sept 14 2021 and they show on the new application on IRCC portal. Since MP inquiry it's been almost 4 weeks, no answer yet. I risky pregnancy and my husband is truck driver so there is a good chance that he won't be around when the time comes cause he travels to US and all the details were given to the MP. IRCC likes taking their sweet time and do things their way.

Ask your MP's office to request urgent processing on compassionate grounds. Attach doctor's letter which states your risky pregnancy details. Ask them to check with IRCC why there is a delay while other applications are getting approved in a week. I already did that awaiting results.

Please share your thoughts on my wife's application:

Application Submitted: 22nd December, 2021
Biometrics Updated: 30th December, 2021
Eligibility Review Started: 1st (or 2nd) February, 2022
Country of Application: Pakistan

Haven't received any update yet. However, applied for my parents too on 23rd December, they had their eligibility review started on 1st February and got the PPR message on 2nd February. To note, they previously had a Canadian visitor visa that expired in 2018/19 but this was my wife's first application for visa.
She was previously enrolled in the Express Entry program from November 2019 to 2021, but her IELTS expired and we haven't updated the new there yet.
Any rough estimate/range on how long it usually takes to get a final decision once eligibility review starts?

Same here. There was no request/option to upload documents showing financial status in the new IRCC portal. What I did was I raised a webform and submitted my bank statements, pay slips and a letter declaring that I am responsible for the finances. I got acknowledgement a week later that these attachments would be attached to the TRV application. Having said that, my mom's TRV application was submitted on 08-Nov-2021 and there has been absolutely no progress since then. Instead of revoking, why don't you try sending attachments via webform?
