Hi everyone, how long does it take after everything has been marked as "COMPLETED" except the Citizenship Ceremony (Not started) to receive the Oath letter?

Million dollar question. Been waiting since Jan 26 in this state. Check signature for timeline.

Lol, and I'm waiting for you to see some movement to have an estimate on when mine will move... we probably have the same processing office and my file is just a few weeks behind yours.

Yes I was able to speak to someone and get an update on the file - which was the same as what I'm seeing on the tracker. Its just that I haven't received an email previously when I spoke to an agent.

FYI I never got any emails about taking the test. I just kept checking my account every day for updates

During oath the clerk asks for your current address where they will send you the citizenship certificate. So from that perspective you should be fine.
Now if u want to confirm with CIC if they have updated your profile, then the best way is to call CIC and get an update. If it is not yet updated, ask them on call itself to update your address. During my PR process I had just called and updated my correct address as my PR card was not delivered due to missing Unit number.
