Hey guys, please help me with your inputs about my situation. I stay in Canada and filling the Visitor Visa documents to invite my parents. For Financials, I'm planning to show 5 Lakhs. Right now, I have 5 Lakhs in a Bank (Bank Account1-Joint account of mine and my father) with continuous transactions for almost 2 years. My Parents' joint account is with another bank(Bank Account2-Joint account of mother and father) that doesn't have any transaction history. Do you suggest to keep the funds in BankAccount1 or BankAccount2?

My parents visitor visa applied on feb 2021, biometrics done on 22 sep 2021, than I applied in new portal on 6 dec 2021 , On 18 Jan 2022 first file was withdrawn.They said will send e mail or letter about withdrawal.Did not got anything!!
When they will give Decision for new portal after withdrawal of first file???

I applied on October 31 2021, the first application was in Dec 2020 for my MIL and my due date is in 4 weeks. Did MP inquiry on Jan 13 and the response was they have withdrawn your old application and are reviewing eligibility on the new one. Biometrics were completed on Sept 14 2021 and they show on the new application on IRCC portal. Since MP inquiry it's been almost 4 weeks, no answer yet. I risky pregnancy and my husband is truck driver so there is a good chance that he won't be around when the time comes cause he travels to US and all the details were given to the MP. IRCC likes taking their sweet time and do things their way.

Hi guys,
Need guidance on the visitor visa for my parents. I applied through the new portal for my parents and my status is PR. I didnt upload my father employment letter nor the financial documents of mine nor my father. I have seen cases where the visa got rejected for not showing financial documents. Can i revoke the application and re apply?? How to revoke the application. I applied on November 9th and biometrics done on December 29th. The last update on the file was only biometrics and after that nothing else could anyone please guide me on should i just wait or revoke the application and reapply as i have all the required documents now.

Does your file states "we are reviewing" instead of "your application in progress"?

Hi Everyone

My first application (gckey) was raised In June got automatic withdrawal on Jan 19
Second application (new portal) was raise on Nov 11. There has been no update since
biometrics got updated from old app
Background in process eligibility not started.
should I raise new request or wait.
I waited whole pregnancy and now even baby is here. So really impatient now.

Hey everyone i applied for my parents visit visa yesterday (friday) 4th Feb . And got a message when i opened the account its a summary document . I havnt recieved biometric collection letter until now .
