My previous request for change of mailing address did not result in any changes(nor did I receive any follow-up email)
The home address was OK, but the mailing address was that of the immigration consultant I had hired during the PR processing.
Last week I again attempted to change the mailing address through ECAS.
Previous Home and Mailing Address were mentioned like this;


I wanted to change Mailing Address to Home Address and clicked on the option while making the change that the Mailing address should be the same as the Home Address.
When I checked the ECAS today, it shows only the Home Address. (No email received so far)


So I wanted to check with you, in your ECAS:

• Is the Home Address is the same as the Mailing Address?
• If yes, do you see both Home Address and Mailing Address or just like the second screenshot only the Home Address

Originally both Addresses were set to my old address.
But now my Home and Mailing Addresses are still different. Home Address is correct but Mailing Address is my old one.
I submitted a second address change request and nothing changed. I’ll submit a third request and a web ticket at the same time.

It would be "your visa office" @cic.gc.ca , best approach is to search your inbox and junk for "@cic.gc.ca"

I contacted IRCC yesterday afternoon and I was able to get some info. Basically they are trying their best to work as fast as they can. They’re dealing with a huge backlog from previous years applications. When I specifically enquired on the progress of my file, The Agent informed me that BGC is verified (meaning that Police Certificate is verified and completed) and everything else is still in process (Language Skills, Physical Presence, and Prohibitions). However, processing Officer need to action the file in order to move forward with next steps. Bottom line, from my understanding, there’s no specific order by which our applications are processed. BGC is not necessarily the final step before receiving Test invitation. BGC could be completed before the other steps and vice versa.
P.S: Depends on Case Processing Center, some of them are busier than other.

I have been trying to reach them since one week. It just plays automated message that they are busy and call gets disconnected. I select the option '0' to talk to representative after entering uid and going to citizenship menu. Is there a trick to be able to get hold of them? or a particular time?

Actually this isn’t ghost update. They started processing your application on Feb 3 and that can be visible on ECAS. The update on the tracker reflecting this.

Just to update you all .. I passed the exam and the result reflected on the tracker 5 days after....

Wait for 24-48 hrs after you receive the AoR before you register
When you register use the application# starting with C and UCI# without the hyphen/-

Hello both,

I registered successfully in the tracker and was able to log in but recently any time I try to log in I keep getting "Unexpected problem. please try again later". Any thoughts on what the issue may be? Note the tracker does recognize my UCI and application number and is able to send me verification code emails, but I just cannot login into my account.
