Is the tracker only available for paper applications?? Or Online applicants can create tracker account as well?

How can I access my tracker? Link to old tracker doesn’t work anymore…I’ve tried to reset my password but still doesn’t work. I get an error message saying that “UCI” and/or password is incorrect. Any clue or advice is much appreciated.

ETA February 6th 2023. What is the link where we can check the status online ? Do you mind sharing info?
