Incorrect date on PR Card

Hi, My fiancé is from India and in Canada now. She received her COPR letter and there is an error on her COPR and PR Card. "Became PR on" date is mentioned as 2021/06/20 and the "Issued Date" is 2021/10/20. She submitted her application for PR after 2021/06/20 only, so we think there is an error with "Became PR date" on her PR Card & COPR Doc. Should these two dates match on the card? Can she travel to India for our marriage and return to Canada on this PR Card without any problem? Is this common error on PR documents?

The PR card should correctly reflect the dates. You will have to file a request to amend the PR card:

We have already filed a request for correcting the dates. We have planned for our marriage in next month. Can she travel on this PR Card ? Will there be any problem while re-entering Canada after her India visit on this PR card with incorrect date?
If we wait for getting the PR card corrected, it will delay our marriage .

You can always travel out of Canada and you do not need a PR card for it. However, to return, if the current PR card is cancelled, you will need to apply for a PRTD.
