I am sorry. I did not read word ONCE in the email send by Delhi immigration.
The email says IRCC will contact once the file is finalized.
Is it still a good news?

All emails come through the sponsor and the application is linked to his account, he's acting as a representative. I am a principal applicant and I sent emails today to make enquiry about the status of my application. Will the information be disclosed to me or I shouldn't have taken that step?

As per IRCC:

or countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant stayed in that country for 6 months or more in a row.

As long as you meet the above you are fine.

The file is always in the name of the sponsoring person. However, either the person being sponsored or the person sponsored can inquire, it does not matter.

You can give an approximate month and explain it in LoE.

To access an old application, you will have to retrieve it through GCMS notes.

What is the procedure of applying for GCMS notes that contains old application information as well?
Please guide me.

Hi @legalfalcon hope you are in good health. I am feb 2021 AOR, my file has shifted to NDVO and i Mailed them to ask the status of my PR application to which they have replied as under.
"Thank you for your email. Please be advised that once your permanent resident application has been finalized, IRCC will be in contact with you, until then please continue to verify the status of your application through your IRCC SECURE ACCOUNT to find out if any additional information has being requested."

This says my application has been finalized. Does this mean I have passed the eligibility and need to wait for PPR?

I too got the same reply. It says once application is finalized, they will contact. Till then use online account to check Status. Looks like generic message for everyone.

Hello, My brother has applied PR (Express Entry) CEC back in June 2020. He submitted PCC that time. However, he travelled to India and is stuck there for 1 and half year now. IRCC asked for PCC again. His New PCC is 8 months old. Can he use that now or does he have to reapply for another one?

If IRCC asked for a new PCC, you cannot use the one you submitted. You will have to obtain a new PCC.

Exactly! The one he will be submitting will be a new one but it is 8 month old. The last one he submitted was from here in Canada which was 1 year ago. Can he use the 8 month old one he received in India?

i am an EE FSW outland applicant with Dec 2020 AOR.
I seek your advice on my profile as according to the recent GCMS received in October 2021 my eligibility was under review required on two flagged employment documents for signature name by a processing agent. the last my file was touched in feb 2021 after that nothing happened. what are the propects? is it a matter of serious concern? as many people in other groups said RR files are usually parked and abandoned by officers. What steps i can take to expedite the process other than sending updated documents which has already been done, acknowledged and updated on my profile confirmed calling IRCC. your insights would be highly appreciated.

Any particular reason why Ottawa visa office being too slow on issuing PPRs lately. Being the main visa office with large staff capacity, technically this should be the one with faster processing capabilities. If you check myimmitracker, Ottawa used to issue number of PPRs for outlanders almost every single day.

On the other hand, you have mentioned several times that visa offices don't really matter when it comes to processing. I think processing capacity heavily depends on the visa office these days. We can see batch processing from different visa offices on all social media platforms.

Accra, New delhi, Paris, London have already started issuing PPRs for late 2020 AORs while Ottawa is sleeping. Shouldn't this be the opposite?

Just wanted your take on why IRCC is not processing FSW O applications with the pace they are processing Currently PNP and previously CEC???
