Hello I am helping a newcomer navigate the Citizenship process. She passed the on line Citizenship test and was waiting for the Oath. Then she received a notice from IRCC that she will be invited to do an online Citizenship test. Is this a mistake? Will she have to do the test again?

It might be a mistake but whether her Ecas shows that she cleared her previous test?
I would recommend calling CIC to know if there was any mistake during her previous test.
Her account shows only that she was scheduled to have a test in September and scheduled again in January. Doesn't reflect passed test. The email she received said test completed and that she got 19/20. IRCC number does not really allow you to get through - not so I have found yet anyway. Hence coming to this forum.
It could be that while doing the test there was one or more technical issues. The test asks you to take a picture of your ID card then your face. It also takes multiple pictures during the test. If she forgot to take a picture of her ID or face, then the officer could have not accepted the test. Another possibility and it's very common, is that the webcam was not working while taking the test. There is a small box that appears on the page where she could see herself while answering the questions. If that was not working, then the officer likely didn't accept the test.
She can also send an email or call IRCC to know more about the re-test, but I'm 90% it's technical issue.

Today I passed my exam 17/20. However, mistakenly I forget to capture my PR card and istead of I only took face picture twice. What should I do now? Or what would be the consequence? Should I inform IIRC and how?
