Visitor visa for parents processing time

Hi, I've applied for visitor visa for my parents in April, 2021 from India. They have completed their biometrics in July,2021. But have not received any updates after that. Could anyone here please provide approximate timelines as to when I can expect them to receive their TRV ?

apply again on ircc portal. They are ignoring applications before. September 2021

Hi yes the advice given is correct . Reapply under immediate family member drop down menu. They are processing it though with delay. Like within 60 days after biometrics received

I applied visitors visa of my mother in Nov 2020. After biometrics i didn’t hear anything back from IRCC. My question is can I apply Super visa this time? I heard that super visa case is stronger than normal visa for parents.

yes you can apply for super visa

You can also reapply for a TRV which is what families have been directed to do if they applied before Sept 2021.
