Yes, most likely IRCC will announce another draw next year or in 2025. You need to wait for that. You just need to fill up a simple interest to sponsor form to participate in the draw process. Good luck

Its so confusing- did you scan all blank pages of your parent's passport?? Plus I am not sure why the guide says to upload all pages in Additional supporting documents while there is already a place to upload a passport under Travel documents/ Passport.
