The way I see it, CIO decided to process applications from January 2021 which is the first month of the first half of 2021 and also from July 2021 which is the first month of the second half of 2021, Einstein level genius logic if you ask me. My AOR is late 2020 and many 2020 PNP applicants with VO as CIO like me got muffins.
The 2021 PNP PPRs are coming from CIO!

No worries, everyone has some frustration. Better it comes out on forum to avoid mental stress.

I like this Sean Fraser guy more than the previous one.

He is upfront about every issue which we cannot say for previous administration. Granted his interviews came after leaked memos but still.

The guy dodged "wen cEC dRaw?" question like how CIO dodged my PR application. Plus he said TR2PR will comeback next year which means 2023?

Weird thing is most of these PPRs are for OINP and AINP applications in the last 6 months. If @ImpatientKangaroo gets his PPR before me I might just kill myself  .
Don't worry, @ImpatientKangaroo understands our pain. After his PPR, he will go to the Canadian Parliament and burn his PPR as a way to protest the processing delay.
