Hello Folks,

I am new here, I received Biometrics request for my parents file and never received AOR.
But the portal still shows file status as submitted.
Do we need to make GC Key account for tracking this file ?

i got an email this morning. 'We sent you a message about your application (....)'
very excited. tried to login. got the Error 403 message....
anyone successfully login to gckey this morning?

yes it's linked. i even checked yesterday everything looked normal.
status was 'application is being processed. we will contact you if we need more...'

still trying to login. googled it this 403 error happens a lot.

I cant log in as well. Which email did you received the message. Is it the email use for portal or the one connected to GC Key?

I use the same email, so i cannot tell. but I received two emails with the same message, quoting same application #, back-to-back. Assume one to portal email and one to GC key acc?

I applied 22-Nov. No update yet. Tried taking a chance to link to GCKEY but no luck there as well.

Everyday I think that I might get an update tomorrow. Then nothing comes up.
