Not much detail but guessing fake. Why would embassy need a fitness report? You need LMIA to apply for a closed work permit.
It's a scam. There's no such thing as a fitness report or an embassy approval center. This is fake.
Yes they are not asking for any money but they are saying only for embassy approval centre certified fitness test
These guys are ripping us poor imigrants lure of job and better life in Canada. Their destroying the reputaion of good and wonderfull Canadians. This group is being presented ny thier lawyer Muhammad houg and rpped me off completely and it was too late for me to realsed it a fake.

Fake. Free food, free accomodation, free flight. This scammer should use a grammer checker... It's really bad.
Also professional engineers needed to be licensed by provincial or territorial associations of professional engineers.
Or they have to work as EIT (engineer in training) under a PEng.
The monthly salary seems also low for an engineer.
And why do anyone need to pay $100 to confirm a job??!!
It just smells scam.
