IRCC asked me for updated mailing address, anyone with experience?

I got ITA January 2021, my AOR was in Mar 2021, all documents (like PCC, biometric) available in September 2021

On Monday IRCC asked me to give updated mailing and residential address, via Client Information, I have 2 questions:
1. Why did they ask?
2. They gave 1 week deadline (next Monday), and I thought the file can be uploaded in MyCIC account but failed today. I used Webform today, which may take several days to process. Will this be a problem?

They also ask me to re-do medical. I did upfront medical in March 2021, and passed the test May 2021.

Anyone has this experience? I submitted the Webform before the deadline, but what if the agent processed my Webform after the deadline? Rejection?

Not sure what insights you are looking for. Just do what IRCC asked you to do. You may be closer to PPR. Your webform docs will be updated on your file as long as you sent them before the deadline.

My main concern is whether I will violate the deadline even if I sent Webform before the deadline. You know, it takes some days for the agent to respond to the Webform, and I am worried.

Someone says IRCC asking to confirm updated mailing address is a sign of PPR, do you think so?

Don't expect a response from incompetent IRCC. You did your part. And yes, signs of PPR are what I see from these ADR's. Good luck. Keep us updated.

Hope it is the PPR as you suggested.

"Incompetent IRCC" To me, the Express Entry is too tedious/stressful for me (outside Canada, many PCC and address history), at some point, I really wanted to give up (after ITA), even though I have prepared for this for many years.

Hey i got the same letter from Ircc to update the residential address !! Have you received your PR yet ??? Any help would be really appreciated

Just send them the information they requested. Not sure what else you are seeking

I just got a message from IRCC for Passport Request! But this time, this is via message in IRCC account, unlike in the past many people say it is in spam email (Therefore, when I got the email from IRCC "We sent you a message about your application" I did not feel it is a good news.....but it finally turned to be a good news)
