Police Clearance Validity

Hi all

I am sponsoring my Japanese husband to Canada. I am a bit lost when it comes to police clearances from countries he previously lived in. He has police clearances from 2018 from Australia and Philippines (lived in both for over a year each). He has not returned to these countries and received these clearances after returning to Japan. Are we able to submit these police clearances, or do we need to request new ones? Note I am sponsoring under outland Family Class, so we are both in Japan (if it makes a difference).

He still has to submit Police Clearance that are less then a year old even though it’s been a few years ago. My husband had to get one from the UK because we lived there from 2018-2019.

The validity for a PCC is 6-12 months..... You need new PCC for those countries.
