If it comes, I might actually put my ongoing degree on hold and quickly finish up a 8 or 12 month long degree and get my PR then maybe go back to my current program lmao. This EE TR2PR idea is the most stupid thing I've ever heard in terms of immigration. They're literally admitting dumbasses into their country.

I hope dumdasses from my country realizes that FSW got shafted by IRCC and they stop wasting their multiple attempts on IELTS. Computer-based tests are delivered 3 times a day 7 days a week and there is no test available for 2+ months for IELTS GT test. IDP is literally printing money in India.

To the IRCC, experienced skilled workers with multiple degrees and good language skills are "homogenous".

So, if you haven't got an ITA yet, choose your bets wisely. European countries may not offer a PR immediately but you can get one soon enough in most situations. And you can get citizenship in about the same time as Canada (2+ yr wait time for PR included).

I'm really mad at IRCC for wasting my time. I could have moved to Europe 3 years ago but I firmly believed Canada to be my destination country. I have moved to Europe now but all those years I wasted waiting, could have counted towards citizenship here.

I have done Graduation and MBA from India from FC college Pune then did a post grad program from Lambton College and all this in my field of hospitality and how I am employed successfully in my own field but someone I can't compete with FSWs because I got my PR in CEC? HOW THE HELL IS THAT? CANADA IS NOT INVITING PEOPLE ONLY FROM STEM BACKGROUNDS, it is opening doors for all. Did you just compare your desi MBA with a guy who has a Master's after having gone through strenuous entry criteria such as GRE, TOEFL/IELTS, real SOP, real LOR, and someone who entered the US in the Trump era? Do you know how much we go thru getting a job with a Visa sponsorship? We know what we signed up for but we did not choose an easier path like Canada for Masters coz we went to the US to learn not to roll sandwiches. How much time did you spend on getting admitted at Lamda or whatever the k that college is? You probably spent 1 month at IDP or some desi Canadian sweatshop manufacturers and begged them "Saar, I need a Caaanaada PR. Please help me Saar." Looking at your desi MBA with hospitality concentration, they probably told you "You gotta be kidding me, son." I bet FC, Pune MBA was not even considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters. Then desi consultancy suggested you apply to the ivy league equivalent Lamba or whatever the fuck that is college so that you have a shot at Canada PR one day. So I don't buy this "chose to have a degree from a Canadian institution before applying" bs. You were pushed to get a fake ass Canadian degree so that you will get your PR. I agree every job needs skills. What are You? Tim Horton's supervisor? I bet, I and folks here can do your job, but you cannot write a fking code or design a product or read a balance sheet or manage a large group of professionals. Every job needs skills but not all skills are the same.

The only useful information from it is this: In the worldview of IRCC, 85 million has been earmarked to convert Paper based processes (like Family and spouse visa) into "Digital" processes. When they think faster processing, thats their priority. Second one is a MyCuck MyCIC like portal for these kind of application so they do not bother IRCC with all the GCMS notes applications and can finally enjoy the comfort of bogus status. Oh Canada! Lastly, like all poli-chickens he mentioned about how its going to be much faster (remember so much win?) in months coming and years coming because of our beautiful new digital Wall (Sorry!) Portal.

I believe the bulk of TR2PR candidates is folks who have been in Canada only for a few months. How did these guys decide in such a short time to settle in the country permanently when they convinced the visa officer just a few months back that they will go back after completing their studies etc. How does this even work?
