Although, I'm new to the CA housing market, from what i have been seeing on utube looks like there is a shortage of inventory/listings for whatever reason, too many buyers (many new immigrants i guess n may be foreign investors) in the market and cheap loan rates.

I don't want to end up living to work...LOL

I recently send a webform to know the current state of my application. I received an email that my application still under processing but there is a catching statement in quote "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that the application is still in process. All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment."

Does this means every stages have been passed? Or any other suggestion?

Have you tried calling IRCC? A lot of people called IRCC last week to know their status. You have to wait a lot but they do tell you the status. Waiting time is more than 45mins.

If you want to try +18882422100 is their number and you can use apps like TextNow to call Canadian numbers for free.

Nice! its a popular website, and I have seen a lot of people order GCMS from getgcms.com.

FYI: There is more than 2-3 months waiting time for GCMS. I read a lot of rants on this forum.

They give you a canadian number on signup, as long as you make atleast 1 call in 1 or 2 weeks you can keep the number forever. Incoming and Outgoing both are free so you can also add this number on your CV too.

Got a positive feedback from the IRCC agent when I call them 2 days back. Sooner or later i might get the update.

After receiving ghost update on 5th Jan 2022 decided to call IRCC. Yesterday night i was able to talk to an agent. Wait time was almost an hour to talk to an agent.
Lady was very kind and answered all my questions.

You need to choose a Canadian number. Try calling IRCC sometime between 9 AM to 3 PM EST and it will go through. Use apps like TextFree or Fongo.

I tried selecting a Canadian number and it just blocked my account. Had to create a new email and then tried doing the same. It again blocked my account. Not sure what am I doing wrong here
