Same situation for me. However, I got it done this month myself and uploaded the information sheet through webform. No update after that, though.
Appointments for upfront medical are also running a month or so from now.

What's your COR? I am thinking of doing upfront medicals too. Can you provide info on if we have to quote any reference number while booking an upfront medicals appointment with the physician?

India. You have to anyway carry the ITA. However, doing upfront can be a little tricky. Because, it seems that there is a possibility that IRCC sends you the medical exam request while your upfront medical results are yet to be uploaded to eMedical, against your EE profile. In which case, they might take more time to link those two eMedical case numbers. But that's a chance you have to take depending on the situation.

I did the same, Biometrics done and waiting for Medical exam information. Not sure if I should do upfront medicals, how about your plan?

I am going to wait for the medical request from IRCC.

Up until last month, I was thinking 2023 but with a new mandate to clear the backlog may be mid this year. I read some calculation which came up with Apr-May 2022. let us stay hopeful till then, god bless.

Not aware of this mandate, but sounds good and hope things will move faster.

On 9th January, I randomly logged in on express entry and saw my application status had changed to "Application/profile updated" but nothing had changed. The status then went back to "Submitted".

Also, I ordered GCMS notes today to check the application status, I'll post the details here when I get them.

I have read on this forum that some people are still waiting for 3-4 months to get their GCMS.

This all seems to be good news.. I'll order my GCMS notes in a day or two as well.

UPDATE:
I just logged in to my account and saw the same "Application/profile updated" but nothing is different. The status is now back to "Submitted".

Entire Ontario is pretty much unaffordable but if both spouses work, you can manage somehow.
