That is correct, sent updated documents through webform. When I initially submitted the application, IRCC had instructions posted to not do upfront medicals and asked only to upload a explanation letter. But just after a few days of my AOR they revised the policy to allow upfront medicals

Hey, Thank You. Yes, I did submit the scan copy of official TRF report with my initial OINP application as it was listed as mandatory document. I guess you could send it via email requesting them to update it as additional document to your OINP application. Wishing you the best.

I got a notification email from IRCC that I have received a new message. I logged in to IRCC and it was right there in my dashboard asking me whether "I accept" the Ontario nomination. Obviously I shouted "Yessssssss!!! I accept!!!" :P OINP Portal was still showing as DIP though.
