Sorry about the rejection of refugee case. Have you exhausted all other channels like the RAD, the Federal review all these are avenues to have some sort of legal stay in Canada. Also it will help you to buy time for the 1year bar since you do not have children for the 1year waive. Just a suggestion and wishing the best.

Hi yes I don’t have any more appeals left RAD and federal review are also been rejected everything is exhausted now no more appeals or anything left . I was told I have to wait for 1 year before I apply for H&C because I don’t have a child or medical problem ! Also one more question
Can I apply to extend my work permit ? Will it be granted ?

If you have a job already and they can write a letter of support from employer they might extend it but chances are slim

Hi thanks for the help but like I said before I can’t apply for H&C right away ! I have to wait 1 year to apply for H&C . There is a 1 year Bar

One thing have learnt about immigration is no one can say precisely how stuffs will go but I will say to you there is no harm in trying who knows. Just give it a trial and pray about it. Most people when you ask about what they regret in life is always about "had I known I would done this and that". Keep trying. All the best.

Yes, you're right. You need to wait a year before you can apply under H&C.

Did u had a Canadian born ? And what country did they deported you too ? And it’s a good news that you got AiP but I heard once the immigration finds out that you have been deported and they approve you for AIP then you need a permit to come back to Canada which is very hard to get because they can refuse your second stage
