H
I am in USA. Contacted IRCC on Jan 4 on the email address provided along with the test invitation. I did not receive any response.
I did sent follow-up email on Jan 11.
Jan 16 is the last day for me to complete the exam.
Should I just take test? I see many people are talking about Microsoft Teams, do I have to anything special here?
please guide me.
My husband was in the same situation and he kept writing IRCC the follow up emails to the email id provided with the invitation. Don't lose hope keep writing them emails over and over. Hopefully they will get back to you soon.
They got back to my husband on Jan 3 and his last date to take test was Jan 6th.
In worst case if they don't reply until Jan 14 go ahead and take test (MY OPINION). You don't need anything special to take test only (Good Internet and a Laptop with Webcam), have your PR card for ID (you can use DL too).
Here is the instructions we got before taking the test (when requested out side of Canada)
"When you sign in to the online test, you will need to go through a privacy notice. One of the questions
will ask if you are physically present in Canada while taking the citizenship test. Though we acknowledge you may be located outside Canada,
please check the box. This is necessary to complete the test until system changes can be implemented."
Hope this helps.
All the best!
