If one is not born in India / China, USA is a far better choice and I agree if you chose Canada over USA for your education it was a big mistake. Even for Indians who are not born in India USA is a much better choice. I know many Indian friends who were born in gulf countries as their parents worked in those countries and they had no issues in getting GC.
Also, GC process is based on country of birth. So for example if a Canadian / Australian citizen happened to be born in India for some reason they will be treated as India for the GC process.
If you were not born in India, it's still not too late and you should consider going to USA on student visa or apply for jobs in USA from Canada.

Face it. Everyone is riding cool, woke wave "iff only everyone had vaxxinated" but none of the vaccines were effective in preventing the virus. We bought into their marketing and put anyone who remotely questioned those vaccines on the cross. No one really asked if are actually being sold what was promised to us.
I liked how they kept lowering their efficacy numbers as days rolled by and no-one really questioned why the vaccines aren't being "updated" for the new viruses. Why didn't they update the new vaccines for the latest version of the virus since this "MRNA" technology apparently is so easy to modify. Why didn't they apply "software update". The vaccine maker themselves didn't have the answer to the new viruses, whether due to logistic issues or research/technological issues - we will never know.
So what if they compromise half the population of the world ?

I don't have complete data but I seriously doubt that. Would be interesting to see if the IRCC ever reveal it. I can only tell from my the people I know personally, 1 out of 8 people who have moved or applied to FSW used family points.
The unvaccinated have brought the medical infrastructure to a standstill in many parts of the world, including Canada. The two options are to either let them die or lockdowns. Personally, I'd go with the former but that's not very humanitarian.... You have to save the ones without self preservation instincts too.
