Just FYI. I entered Iraq and got the following country specific instruction:
Iraq – Instruction(s) for documents
- All submitted civil documents must be originals or certified copies.
- If you hold a passport from this country, you and your family members included in your application must also provide:
- a copy of your National ID card and your Citizenship Certificate;
- photocopies of the first 4 pages of your passports (including the page showing passport validity).

I did the same for Germany and got this instead:

Germany - Additional forms for residents
- There are no extra forms for this country.
Germany – Instruction(s) for documents
- There are currently no special instructions for documents for this country.
