I called them again today every time they tell me that it's in the process, but we can't tell you how long does it, I am not sure how does this works on their website it is mentioned that urgent applications will be processed in 20 days i applied back in November and already missed my plan.This is how it will work for refugees.Once a refugee is always a refugee
Sent my application on November 1st 2021. I got my RTD on 19 December 2021 for urgent travel.
When did they charge your credit card?

I sent a web form 2 days about my application for RTD and got this email

From what i have read, the United Arab Emirates does not accept the RTD at all. I have read this before, not sure if things have changed.
You can travel to turkey but need visa .. and it’s not a big issue to get Turkish visa .manage your family meet up there.
Hey bro i called them again today luckily the agent was so helpful and told me that i will send an email to the urgent processing team that this is an emergency ( My application was also marked as urgent when i called for the first time after submission) hopefully will get it this time as i already missed my dates and provided them with updated dates by the end of this month
