Hello Everyone,

Greetings!!

Question regarding immigration of spouse to Canada after getting married outside Canada. If sponsor is in Canada holding PR status and spouse is outside of Canada, is it possible to apply for open work permit for spouse even after applying for Spousal Category Permanent residency under Canada class.

If not, is there any way to bring your spouse to Canada before getting PR card for spouse ?

Apply for TRV; no guarantee you;ll get it but can apply.
