Hi,
My Study permit got refused and I am planning to apply GCMS notes. I am applying with my PR friend as a representative. Request the forum members assistance on the below?
1. Should I select Department as CBSA or IRCC? Any difference between them on which one will be quicker?
2. I applied under one GC Key for Self, Spouse(SOWP), Daughter(SP), Son(Tourist). Should I apply for GCMS notes individually?
3. If we have to apply separately, then in the Consent form should I and my spouse sign on the same form or separate forms? The reason for this query is as I am not clear on the below words in the consent form
"If your spouse or common-law partner, children 16 years of age or older, or any other individuals whose information could be contained in the requested records wishes to release their information to the designated representative, they must sign in the space provided. Information about minors will only be released with consent from both parents or valid Canadian court order indicating that the applicant is permitted to obtain their information. Obtaining consent from all parties will permit Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to release their information and will provide you with more information in response to your request "
Request to clarify.
Thanks
