Hi I received test invite on Dec 17th. as am outside Canada i sent IRCC an email as advised in the invitation. Its been more than two weeks with no response
Should I go ahead and take the test? or the process to take the test outside Canada is different?

if you are outside canada then you must inform them because then may be there is some different link to take the test. It is usually written in the document which you get to inform them at a particular email id.

Just inform them and take the test. It's the same link.

You should inform them. We did the same, and they responded back in less that a day.

They will acknowledge that you are outside Canada, approve your test, ask you to check the option "taking the test from within Canada" option (as they have not changed the questionnaire to provide an option for taking the test from outside of Canada) and then lastly, ask you to use the same link you got in your email.

I am surprised that you have not got the response in two weeks.

Today i received email for Oath Ceremony with Meeting invite date and time confirmed with letter attached.

Oath Letter received: Dec 30, 2021

Here's my timeline:

Application Sent & Received: Feb 16, 2021 (Online Application)
AOR: Aug 13, 2021
Background Verification Complete: Aug 30, 2021
Citizenship test status has been updated to In progress : Oct 1, 2021
Scheduled for citizenship test: Oct 8, 2021
Citizenship test status has been updated to Completed: Oct 25, 2021
Prohibitions status has been updated to Completed: Dec 13, 2021
Physical presence status has been updated to Completed: Dec 13, 2021
Language skills status has been updated to Completed: Dec 13, 2021
Citizenship oath activity status updated to In progress: Dec 19, 2021
Scheduled for Citizenship oath: Jan 8, 2022
IRCC Oath Ceremony invitation Letter received: Dec 30, 2021

How long did it take for your test to completed in tracker after you have taken test.

I didn’t receive any email with test link…. Is it the same email with test invite? Or I was supposed to get another email?

My timeline is almost exactly like yours except that my Oath ceremony is still not started!!
