I received the request to submit on 8th October and submitted on 12th October.

so usually its around 2 months or 3 months in most cases from the date of submission of passport, the oath schedule email is seen to have been received. though it depends on your office. which office is processing your application?

ECS only works for paper based applications.
Is yours online or paper based ?

eg. NGF is niagara falls, SCR scarborough

also generally the office would be closest from the city/area you applied from
