I see in the forum most of the outland applicants receive Medical Requests before or right after Sponsor Approval, Is there any specific reason likes a VO transfer or Medical after BG to delay the MR ?

medical is usually within 5 months.......don't have the details of your case......but hopefully you should expect medical soon.

hi everyone.. is there any chance immigration wont ask for medical? its already 7months since they receive my application but until now no MR..ty for ur response

Sometimes they request the medical at the end and reverse things. Even though spouses can’t be refused for medical inadmissibility reasons Canada needs to make sure the person has no communicable diseases. Some of the big ones are TB or hep B.
