SORRY I WASN'T YELLING. I WAS JUST ASKING A QUESTION. I'M CURRENTLY IN CANADA UNDER A PGWP. I HAVEN'T YET WORKED A FULL 1 YEAR (GOT LIKE 7 MONTHS MORE) TO QUALIFY FOR CEC CLASS. SO I'M HOPING I CAN APPLY THROUGH FSW TO SAVE MYSELF TIME
462 is a bit low for FSW right now since there's going to be a bigger pool once draws start. I won't expect anyone under 470/480 to get an ITA in an all program draw unless they increase the draw size drastically. French will definitely increase your score a bit. Since you're already employed in Canada, I'd say the more suitable option for you will be to wait out the year and then apply for CEC or try get a PNP nomination. I don't think draws will resume until March/April anyway and CEC processes faster than FSW. So waiting a few more months will still probably get you in the same timeline. CEC cutoffs are also typically lower and a provincial nomination could increase your score drastically. You could also try get an LMIA job offer from your employer and that will greatly increase your score

And turnoff your caps lock key lol

So true ,never in my life I counted days for the holidays to be over until now.I hope things will turn around for all of us and done with this forum for ever even though I met some cool people here .
It's a bit sad though that personally even if I get PR I'll never truly like Canada and feel at home there after what Canada has done to us all for 2 years (and maybe more to come). Unless maybe a con government is elected.

I had to do my own research because @Lc4life decided to be a jerk and not help me... Thanks mate...

Anyway,

https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/when-to-make-mandamus.553224/post-9867170

Sends you to: https://www.getgcms.com/blog/what-is-mandamus-and-when-is-it-used/#what-is-an-unreasonable-delay

Can delays due to COVID-19 be considered unreasonable?

even if a mandamus application is granted by the Federal Court, it only mandates IRCC to made a decision and not a ‘specific’ decision.

To me mandamus doesn't look like an option that I could just play 8-9 months into my PR application to magically get to the finish line. Also the commie loving liberal IRCC could get annoyed by my legal actions, as a filthy outlander (we all know IRCC loves inland Chinese nationals who bought canadian degrees and PGWP and eventually PR), and reject my app.

Thoughts?
Real life example: someone with 2020 August AOR filed a mandamus on Friday, and on Monday he got the portal... Literally dude, ask a lawyer, they do this for a living.

Edit: you're not at a level where you need Mandamus yet. LegalFalcon suggested this for people waiting past 16 months. Personally, I'd say 20 or more. Literally there's no meaning for people with 2020 Q1 AOR and even 2019 AOR continuing to wait. This wait can go to infinity.

You won't believe me ,I never had a plan to leave India lol ,my professor pushed me to apply for masters abroad.

Moral of the story Never say never we never know what is waiting for us.

What canada has done to us was absolute garbage no question in that.but irrespective of whoever is ruling ,I am not anyone to preach but I believe that country if it is allowing me In it gave me a place to live and surely It will be better than india, strong passport, I don't know how strong your passport is trust me applying for visa is not fun.I have atleast an obligation to be a productive citizen. I am not telling about imitating accent or trying to be Canadian or posting on the forum about how much Canadiani am , I live in us for almost 4 years every day I tried my level best to serve the community through volunteering, helping homeless, petshelters, contributing through my skills because America has helped me to grow as a person and gave me enough opportunity.

I don't know you personally but you might make friends, fall in love with a Canadian girl, get a high paying job and make Canada your home who knows,it might be improbable but not impossible.

DO YOU GUYS THINK I HAVE A SHOT AT GETTING AN ITA WITH 462 POINTS WHEN THE FSW DRAWS RESUME NEXT YEAR?
I HAVE STARTED LEARNING FRENCH TO BETTER MY SCORE. I REALLY HOPE THEY RESUME IT.
You have no chance with 462. With French? YES boss.
